Meet other local Macintosh enthusiasts and talk about all things Apple including their latest and rumored innovations! Bring your laptop and share your ideas, talents & software solutions with other link-minded individuals. Each meeting is an "open-forum", we will be doing everything from focusing on specific software and hardware to simply chatting it up on latest gadgets and gizmos. All skill levels are welcome!

I, Greg Homyak, have just taken over the meetup and hope to figure out the best place for everyone to meet up and talk Mac. If you have any ideas, please feel free to E-mail me or post on the group page. I am completely open to new ideas and options for the group.

"Oh! A 'real' printer! I would love to hear a talk on the Do's and Don'ts' of submitting files for professional print for those of us who are 'accidental graphic designers' at our job. I don't want to be 'that' customer whose job is always problematic... I want to know the best file specs and such. That's a very general topic, but I am mostly talking about brochures and cards etc. Does that make sense? I'm not asking for free graphic design training, just for how to be a well-prepared customer."

"My first computer was an Apple IIgs in 1987, which I used until I bought a Mac 6100/60 AV in 1995. I've had several Macs, iMacs, and a PowerBook G4 since then. Now I'm trying to decide what to get next, and I'm leaning towards a 17" MacBook Pro."
